Friday, October 9:
Registration
The registration room at the Marriott Hotel, suite 1107, will be open from 3:00 to 6:00 pm on Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 on Saturday, where you can pick up your information packet and name tag. The nametag has colored dots on the back which correspond to the whichever events and items you've paid for, so take care of it. You'll need to show the tag at events and to pick up your class photo and reunion book. Reunion books will be available at the registration room whenever it's open and Friday night at the Ritz Charles.

There's a hospitality room down the hall from the registration room for SME and SMN grads to hang out and relax.

If you don't arrive until say 5:30 or 6:00, the packets and name tags will be at the banquet room entrance of the Ritz Charles.

Party
6:00 p.m. Gather at the Ritz Charles, a convention center located at 137th and Antioch Road. The dress and atmosphere is informal Don't worry about dinner; there will be plenty of hors d'oeuvres, enough to fill your tummy. And you'll be meeting old friends. But if this isn't excitement enough, sneak back to the Marriott after 8:30 and crash the SM North party in the lobby. We're trying to arrange a shuttle between the Ritz Charles to the Marriott for those without transportation.

High School Tours
Saturday around noon you can take a tour of Shawnee Mission East or Shawnee Mission North. The times have been staggered so you could probably tour both schools. The tentative times are 1:00 pm for SM East, 11:00 am for SM North. The tours are free, but the box lunch at SM East is $10, the picnic lunch at SM North is $5. Details will follow.

Reunion Banquet
The Saturday night banquet begins with a cash bar at 6:30 pm. Shortly before dinner, probably about 7:00 pm, the class pictures will be taken of SM East and SM North in the banquet room. The pictures will be ready to pick up before the evening's over. Remember that if you decide that evening to buy a class picture after all ($14), you'll need exact change or a check because we won't have change. After dinner, the Krazy Kats will play music from our high school years for our listening and dancing pleasure. We're thinking the dress is business informal or flashy, whatever's comfortable. If you have special dietary needs, please indicate that on your registration form or let us know by October 1.

Sunday, October 10

A farewell Sunday morning brunch at the Marriott. The time for us to meet is between 8:30 and 10:00 am, so you can rise early or sleep in a little. The dress is casual.
